How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear and in-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — please reach out via WhatsApp with your country and we will share shipping options and timelines.
How do pre-orders work?
Tap the Pre-Order via WhatsApp button on any pre-order piece. Our atelier team will confirm size, fabric, and timelines, typically 3–4 weeks.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unstitched pieces within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition. Stitched, customised, and pre-order pieces are not eligible for returns.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay our courier when your order arrives.
